Full-Time Salaried Employees are typically scheduled from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with variations depending on their designation. Upon joining, all employees are subject to a probationary period lasting three months, after which they become eligible for all benefits offered by the company. Salaries are disbursed directly into employees' bank accounts between the 5th - 7th of each month.
APPRAISAL
During the annual appraisal process, salary increments are determined based on individual performance and results achieved since joining the company. Employees can expect a salary increment ranging from 5% to 15% of their initial salary, in accordance with market conditions and their contributions to the organization.
EMPLOYMENT LEAVE POLICY
Employee must write a formal resignation letter and give the 45 days of notice period and if company will terminate an employee, then company
will give 30 days of notice period as well but if an employee is terminated in any circumstances, termination will be on the spot. At the time of Resignation, Exit Interview will be taken.
