Employee Policies
Working Hours & Salary
Full-time salaried employees are typically scheduled from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with variations depending on designation. All new employees complete a three-month probation period, after which they become eligible for all company benefits. Salaries are credited directly to employees' bank accounts between the 5th and 7th of each month.
Appraisal
During the annual appraisal, salary increments are based on individual performance and results achieved since joining. Employees can expect an increment of 5% to 15% of their initial salary, in line with market conditions and their contribution to the organisation.
Employment & Leave Policy
Employees must submit a formal resignation letter and serve a 45-day notice period. If the company ends employment, it will give 30 days' notice; however, termination for misconduct may be immediate. An exit interview is conducted at the time of resignation.
