TEYU air-cooled water chiller CWFL-2000 is made specifically by TEYU industrial chiller manufacturer to control the temperature of fiber laser metal cutter welder up to 2kW. CWFL-2000 chiller features two channels in one housing, targeting two areas in the fiber laser system - the fiber laser and the optics. This dual channel design reduces the water chiller footprint to a great extent comparing with the two-single-chiller arrangement. CWFL-2000 industrial fiber laser cooling system is designed to operate under indoor conditions and can be easily serviced by taking away the side housings. It comes equipped with an easy-to-read water level check and easy-fill port, making water adding quite convenient. Multiple alarm devices provide further protection, making the operation of industrial chiller and laser equipment more stable and reliable.

TEYU recirculating water chiller CWFL-3000 is made specifically for 3kW fiber laser processing machines. Thanks to the dual temperature control circuit inside the chiller, CWFL-3000 water chiller is able to regulate and maintain the temperature of two parts - the laser and the optics. Both the refrigeration circuit and the water temperature are controlled by the intelligent digital control panel. Industrial water chiller CWFL-3000 is equipped with high performance water pump, which guarantees that water circulation between the chiller and the above-mentioned two heat-producing parts can be ongoing. Being Modbus-485 capable, this fiber laser chiller can realize the communication with the laser system.

TEYU industrial temperature control system CWFL-6000 is specially designed for fiber laser processes up to 6kW. It comes with a dual refrigeration circuit and each refrigeration circuit is working independently from the other. Thanks to this brilliant circuit design, both the fiber laser and the optics can be perfectly cooled. Therefore, the laser output from the fiber laser processes can be more stable. Industrial chiller CWFL-6000 has a water temperature control range of 5°C ~35°C and precision of ±1℃. Each of TEYU water chillers is tested under simulated load conditions at the factory before shipment and conforms to CE, RoHS and REACH standards. With Modbus-485 communication function, CWFL-6000 fiber laser chiller can easily communicate with the laser system to realize intelligent laser processing.
